Fisherman's Wharf

Fisherman's Wharf is the tourism epicenter of San Francisco. Attractions abound, sharing space with the top seafood restaurants in the city, and several intriguing and sometimes surprising street performers.

The wharf is the port of call for cruises across the bay, to Sausalito, or Angel Island. Several small but unique museums are hidden in the back alleys of the area. Also nearby are Ghirardelli Square and the San Francisco Maritime Museum full of restored ships.
