Marking their third venture into Mexico, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts recently unveiled plans to open a new resort in Los Cabos in 2018. Partnering with Irongate, a full-service real estate development firm, the brand will debut Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas as a part of the Costa Palmas community.
The 145-room property will feature whole-ownership residences along the ocean, marina or golf course as well as custom single-family beachfront villas. Around the community will be five dining venues, a fitness center, multiple pools, full-service spa, indoor and outdoor event and wedding facilities, and a Robert Trent Jones II signature 18-hole golf course.
Located on the East Cape, the hotel will also include a 200-slip marina for yachts up to 250 feet and a members-only beach and yacht club. Guests will have access to the marina village with additional dining options, boutique shops, live music and art galleries. The Sea of Cortez is known for its white-sand beaches and ideal waters for snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kite-boarding and light tackle and sport fishing.
Starting prices for private residences and hotel rates are not yet published.
