What began as an interest in foreign languages and international affairs in high school has turned Tracy Kane’s career into one rich with cultural experiences.
Kane, who grew up in Franklin, serves on many foreign relations committees in Nashville, where she works as an attorney. She is president of Sister Cities of Nashville, an organization that uses citizen diplomacy to link cities from around the world to Nashville. Kane has been with the organization since 2005 and has helped connect Music City to places such as Mendoza, Argentina, and Taiyuan, China, official sister cities of Nashville.
