Ray Hensler Taking a significant step forward in further modernizing the landscape of Nashville, Ray Hensler is looking to open a 23-story high-rise apartment building. A quick look at the renders that have been released show a modern and elegant structure that will no doubt positively enhance the image of the city.
Construction of Nashville's first high-rise apartment building in more than a decade is expected to start by the end of the year.
Ray Hensler, who developed the successful Adelicia condo in Midtown, said he has commitments from lenders to kick off his $80 million, 23-story, uber-luxury apartment tower at 12th Avenue S. and Laurel in the Gulch.
With rents ranging from $1,400 to $3,500 — possibly higher — the project will test the top of Nashville's booming rental market when it opens in spring/summer 2014.
