Master Italian Chef Lighting up Sydney

The best Italian chef in the world, Heinz Beck, celebrity chef of the only 3-Michelin star restaurant in Rome is coming to Sydney for a short trip and will be preparing meals November 28th and 29th for the few that can get in and pay the $350 at the door of the Caffe Sicilia. For those who cannot make it in during these two days there is the fortune that the chef is creating 4 legacy dishes that will forever remain on the menu long after he has skipped back home.

When a 3-Michelin star chef hits town it’s worth a standing ovation. When that 3-Michelin star chef has made his name by cooking for Di Caprio, Mendez, Ford, Minogue, Beyoncé, Travolta and Mr ‘shot down in a blaze of glory’ it’s time you sat down and ate with Italian gusto. Heinz Beck is the most awarded Italian chef in the world, holding more stars than anyone else.
