Bangkok Race of Champions
Bangkok has been working on a wonderful 50k seat stadium for 2 lane circuit racing this very weekend. This year the Race of Champions will be held in Bangkok bringing the best drivers in the world to race head to head with identical cars.
Work has been progressing rapidly at the 50-thousand seat stadium, with workers finishing the two-lane circuit in time for this weekend's event.
Marking its 25th consecutive year in 2012, the Race of Champions brings together the world’s greatest drivers from motor sport’s main disciplines and sets them free to battle head-to-head in identical machinery.
Australia's honour will be upheld in the event by V8 Supercars champion Jamie Whincup and five-time 500cc motorcycle racing world champion Mick Doohan.
