This sounds great! This is like getting a lot of those food samples and your grocery store but this time it is actually good food. The Tasmanian pavilion in Sydney will have over twenty-six food and beverage business displaying. With food I refer to actual beef, lamb, salmon, and mussels and with beverages I’m referring to wine, whiskey, beer and cider.

Twenty-six Tasmanian food and beverage businesses will be on display at a Tasmanian pavilion, along with the award-winning tourism venture Maria Island Walk. The pavilion will be the largest at the ticketed event, which is expected to draw more than 25,000 people.

Tasmanian premium beef, lamb, salmon, mussels, wine, whisky, beer, cider and bakery treats will be among the foods on show.

The Tasmanian stand will also have a demonstration kitchen, where guest chefs including Kylie Kwong will work their magic on local produce.

Tasmanian Bakeries are taking 5000 of their Fancy Little Pies to the festival.
