Fuel efficient or better yet totally green cars are in high demand, and Hyundai's promising ix35 has finally reached its production phase, with the first of its number to make its way to Copenhagen along with 17 of its peers. The car itself has impressive performance statistics for a hydrogen fuel cell powered car, with a range of 594 kilometers and 0 to 125 km/h in just 12.5 seconds.
Hyundai’s first ix35 Fuel Cell vehicle rolled off the assembly line recently, during a launch event attended by Hyundai top management and VIPs.
“With the ix35 Fuel Cell vehicle, Hyundai is leading the way into the zero-emissions future,” Hyundai Motor Vice Chairman, Eok Jo Kim said at the ceremony. “The ix35 Fuel Cell is the most eco-friendly vehicle in the auto industry and proves that hydrogen fuel cell technology in daily driving is no longer a dream.”
