Luxury Villa Rental With a View in Santorini, Greece

Imagine polished white walls, arched ceilings and doorways, and minimalist furnishings highlighted by streaming natural sunlight and the bright blue waters of the Mediterranean. No, you’re not dreaming; you’re at Villa Fabrica, one of the most simplistically stunning luxury villas in Greece, located on the island of Santorini.
Restored from an old factory, this loft style property gives a nod to its industrial past while staying true to the classic understated elegance of Cycladic architecture with dramatic high ceilings and matte finish cement. There are four different units within the building (Katoy, Milos, Canava and Katikia) that can be rented individually or separated into two to accommodate different group sizes. An additional public area overlooking the pool contains another full kitchen and dining space for guests to use during the stay.
Standard in all the units is an LED TV, satellite TV, CD/DVD/BD player, phone, Internet, dining area, organic mattresses, hairdryer and access to the pool. The Kavoy unit can sleep up to seven in its two master rooms and one twin bedroom and also features an outdoor Jacuzzi, full kitchen with Miele appliances, and private yard.
With room for five, the Milos and Cavana double height lofts each have one master and one double bedroom, but Milos displays an old preserved machine from the factory days in the living area. The smallest of the housing options is Katikia with one master bedroom and a kitchenette.
Villa Fabrica sits directly below the ruins of the Kasteli Castle which is at the top of a hill in the Voreina, or Northern region, of the Pygros village. Breathtaking views of the surrounding area can be seen from almost anywhere in the villa property, with winding, narrow streets and secret passages creating a maze all the way down.
Located only three miles from the capital city of Fira and three miles from Athinios port, the opportunity to explore the island and its rich culture is well within reach. Boat tours can even be taken from the port to explore the small uninhabited islets of Nea Kameni, Paleo Kameni, and Thirassia.
