The chop shop serves lunch and dinner, and displays their wines in a large credenza looming in the entryway, allowing guests to check the labels on their way in.
In addition to their prime, dry-aged beef, Bobby Van's also offers seafood and daily specials. The 15th Street location is just one of two Bobby Van's Steakhouses in the city, with the second location at 1201 New York Avenue.
