Home Depot Incorporated announced its quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share, an increase of about 16% over its prior dividend in August of 25 cents. The home improvement retailer also announced results Tuesday that beat expectations. The company also raised its 2011 earnings outlook.

Shares are lower by about three quarters of a percent.

In other dividend news, 3M (nyse: MMM - news - people ) Company maintained its quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share. Lowes (nyse: LOW - news - people ) Companies Incorporated maintained its quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share.

Among dividend increases, Baxter International Incorporated (nyse: BAX - news - people ) announced its quarterly dividend of 33.5 cents per share, an increase of about 8% over its prior dividend in September of 31 cents.

Among dividend reductions, Cellcom Israel (nyse: CEL - news - people ) Limited announced its quarterly dividend of 51 cents per share, a decrease of about 24% from its prior dividend in October of 67 cents.
