Decorated in a trendy minimalist style, Kabuki offers some of the best sushi in Madrid and is known for its fresh fish and quality preparation. The sushi bar offers a variety of specialties elaborated upon by Chef Ricado Sanz, with “sashimi de toro” standing out as a favorite, especially when paired with a selection from their long list of wines.

Kabuki is housed within the Hotel Wellington, situated in the central and elegant Salamanca neighborhood next to Retiro Park and very close to the most prestigious boutiques in Madrid. The hotel has four restaurants in addition to the flagship Kabuki. The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2009 and H award in 2010 for the best Hotel Restaurant.
