InterContinental Hong Kong's Cooking with the Culinary Stars series is a unique, hands-on dining experience that allows guests to learn to cook with the celebrated chefs at the hotel’s three Michelin starred restaurants. During the cooking series, guests will learn classic cooking techniques and essentials as well as receive expert advice to create specialty dishes such as Canadian Lobster, Dry Miso Sashimi and more. Throughout the series, the hotel’s celebrated chefs will showcase their diverse expertise in international cuisines including French, Japanese, Cantonese and American. Creating both modern dishes and reimagined traditional favorites, each class concludes with lunch, allowing guests to sample the dishes they helped create. In addition to the demonstration, participants will receive an official certificate, a "Cooking with the Culinary Stars" apron and recipes from the chefs.
