Boutique Distilleries: Small batch liquor is the new flavored martini, and one of the up and coming distilleries is House Spirits of Portland, OR.

Portland is known for having a multitude of boutique breweries, and House Spirits is continuing in the Northwestern tradition by introducing a Limited Release Line. The Line is available at the distillery’s Portland location, as well as select establishments around the city.

Each small batch is available seasonally and sells out quickly. They are sold in individually numbered 375 ml bottles that resemble an old-time apothecary solution. Past releases include Oregon Ouzo, House Spirits Rum, Gammal Krogstad and others. Spirits yet to be released include Pacific Standard Vodka and Uchi no Kami spirits among others.
