Bistro 57 moves away from the casual happy hour scene of The Salted Lime, by taking its name from over 57 different wine choices that are available. The restaurant’s European-inspired dishes, like Roasted Beet Salad, Salad Nicoise and Croissant Bread Pudding along with a modern atmosphere will probably lull you into a false sense of securtiy when you think you somewhere in Europe, not gambling away your life’s savings at the blackjack table.

The restaurant serves dishes from around the world in an “elegant atmosphere.” For only $8 with an Aliante Players Club Card, you can send your taste buds to China, Mexico, Italy, or an American barbecue.
