Developed by AtelierCX, the consulting division of Forbes Travel Guide, the VERIFIED Luxury Residences program honors residential communities that deliver an elevated lifestyle through hospitality-inspired service standards modeled after the world’s finest luxury hotels.
Continuum joins an exclusive inaugural group of fewer than 20 residential properties invited to participate in the program. All of the first recipients are located in the United States, with Continuum standing among just five Florida properties selected for its long-standing commitment to luxury service and resident satisfaction spanning more than 25 years.
The designation is awarded through a comprehensive multi-phase verification process that begins with qualification based on established luxury residential standards. Participating communities then undergo an evaluation of their residential service culture, operational practices, and hospitality standards. Management teams complete specialized training before submitting a self-assessment and participating in an independent Luxury Residence Quality Assessment conducted by an expert Forbes Travel Guide evaluator.
