Having opened back in 1999, Nobu Malibu has remained one of Los Angeles’ finest restaurants thanks to Nobu Matsuhisa’s culinary talents. Though it used to be in a different spot, it is now found on the Pacific Coast Highway overlooking the ocean, making outdoor patio seating a must among diners. Serving Chef Nobu’s famous dishes like Tiradito, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, and Black Cod Miso, the menu is sure to put a smile on any seafood lover’s face.

Considering this is one of Chef Nobu’s restaurants, it’s not surprise that reservations need to be made far in advance (sometimes an entire month). That said, you can always vie for a spot at the Sushi Bar, which is first come first serve.
