For guests prioritizing strength and sustained energy, the protein-packed Smart Swaps deliver nutrition while staying true to CPK’s signature flavors. The Avocado Club Egg Rolls are reworked into fresh lettuce wraps, increasing protein content while maintaining the dish’s flavor profile. The West Coast Burger sheds the bun and becomes a bowl, emphasizing lean protein. The Cedar Plank Salmon is enhanced by a piccata-style preparation that elevates flavor and protein density.
The plant-forward Smart Swaps spotlight vegetables as the centerpiece and include a classic piccata preparation featuring a cauliflower steak; The California Veggie Pizza is reimagined with a cauliflower crust, and traditional lettuce wraps are converted into a vegetarian option.
For those watching calories, Smart Swaps introduces adjustments that reduce caloric impact, including a Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower which is pan-roasted instead of fried with significantly fewer calories.
