I've been thinking about this recently and I know that there are lot of folks on here that live quite affluent lifestyles, buying nice things and travelling all around the world.

I love to know how other people afford their lifestyle so I'll start and tell you my story about how I am able to enjoy the things I want.

5 Ways I Afford My Lifestyle

1. My main "job".  

I work on my companies website for the vast majority of my time.  It's an advice portal for people in financial problems and I help them with things like debt consolidation loans for bad credit etc.

2. I have a few side gigs.

In addition to my main work, I have some passive income website that make money through advertising, product sales and affiliate commissions.  I work on them in the evenings and it won't be long before these surpass my main earnings!

3. I'm frugal.

While I do have an iMac and a big old 3D TV, I only spend on things I truly love and will use.  I don't waste money on things I don't want.  This means I rarely drink alcohol or go to expensive restaurants.  I'd rather spend big on things like world travel and be frugal in other areas.

4. I work hard.

I've got a daughter and a wife to support, which makes affording a good life even more difficult.  I focus on big wins, long term strategies and I diversify my income so that it's less likely I will lose it if bad things happen.

5. I never stop thinking.

Sometimes it's a curse but my mind is always on the go with new ideas and strategies to increase my income.  I always focus on simple, automated solutions and the dream is to operate my business from a tropical paradise with my family!
