Get measured in every store

If you want your bosoms to be pert, shapely and well-controlled – you must get measured in every store. Ask a bra-fitting assistant to help you out and try on a range of lingerie in the right size. A well-fitting boulder holder can make a world of difference and will help you love your chest once again. Don’t be afraid to twist, turn and jump around the changing room to make sure you have enough support and give your chest a well-deserved lift – you’ll look more buxom in seconds.

Experiment with different designs

Want to spice up your lingerie draw and enhance your assets? Then look for something with plenty of style. Choose glamorous underwear that amplifies your cleavage and gives your breasts a nice, full shape. If you’ve got a small bosom, experiment with gel, water or padded bras and if you’re naturally blessed go for something with underwire (as this will hold your puppies in place). Balcony bras are also great, as they’ll lift you from underneath helping your jugs to look juicy. Exercise

If your breasts need a little pick-me-up – try working out on a regular basis. Exercising the pectoral muscles can make your boobs perkier, so give it a go! Join a local gym, hire a personal trainer or try doing push ups before bed – as every little helps. You could also go swimming, as this type of exercise works every major muscle group in the body. Sweating several times a week could also improve the skin around your chest and décolleté area helping you to feel more confident.

Believe it or not, you can now use creams to boost your chest! A number of products claim to plumb up your assets in just a few weeks, so why not try them out? Cosmetic Surgery Guru carried out a boob cream experiment to see if they actually worked – and the results were mixed. While a number of women saw no results, a few said their bra became tighter, so they might have an effect on you – who knows?
