P.F. Chang’s is ushering in the Lunar New Year with a nationwide celebration that blends tradition, symbolism, and flavor. From January 28 through February 24, 2026, participating locations across the country will mark the Year of the Horse with a limited-time menu, special cocktails, and the return of the brand’s Red Envelope tradition.

At the center of the celebration is a special Lunar New Year menu. Guests can savor Long Life Noodles, a dish traditionally associated with longevity and prosperity, alongside a lineup of new and returning favorites meant to be shared. Dishes include Pork Belly Bao Buns, Sizzling Dumplings, Miso Lobster Dumplings, Butternut Squash Dumplings, and Black Pepper Filet. Each dish brings playful energy and depth of flavor while staying true to P.F. Chang’s signature wok-fired style.

Complementing the food is a seasonal cocktail collection. Making its debut is the Midnight Gallop, a Year of the Horse–inspired cocktail featuring blackberries, black cherry, lemon, and a touch of vanilla, finished with a choice of Espolòn Reposado Tequila or Evan Williams Black Bourbon. A non-alcoholic mocktail version is also available. Guests can also enjoy the Lunar Elixir,or opt for the Frosted Cranberry Cosmo.

P.F. Chang’s is bringing back their Red Envelope tradition. During the Lunar New Year period, each dining guest receives a randomized red envelope containing a special offer for a future visit. Prizes may include complimentary mini desserts, free appetizers, sushi rolls, or even a buy-one-get-one entrée.
“Lunar New Year is about connection and celebration,” said P.F. Chang’s CEO Jim Mazany. “Our goal is to honor the holiday’s heritage while creating an experience that feels vibrant and relevant today—one that brings people together around great food, festive moments, and shared memories.”

Whether gathering with family, marking a milestone, or simply enjoying a night out, guests are invited to celebrate the Lunar New Year at P.F. Chang’s locations nationwide through February 24, 2026.
