Teresa Rothaar is a fitness enthusiast, runner, and diverse professional. At the time she decided to follow her passion for fitness and become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, Teresa had extensive experience in marketing and copywriting, including several years as a self-employed copywriter, web content curator and proofreader. As a Team Beachbody Coach, Teresa Rothaar helps others along their journey to health and wellness, offering support and tips on weight loss, exercise and the use of Beachbody workout programs such as P90X and Insanity. In addition to having completed P90X several times and Insanity once, Teresa ran her first half-marathon in Philadelphia in 2012. Teresa received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Computer Science from Temple University in 2011, and is currently studying for her MBA.
