The Casbah wins hands down. It's extremely popular, and well-priced despite the burgeoning fan base. You'll find it nestled in at Kettner Blvd. Point Loma, something a little closer to the shore, offers up Catalina Lounge - another nice one for rock bottom prices. There's always Gilly's Bar on El Cajon Blvd; it's not a personal favorite, but you can't go far without hearing all about it here. As for me, I usually hit up The Manhattan in downtown Chula Vista or Alibi in Hillcrest.
