I would suggest any of the Viking River Cruises or the Norwegian Hurtigruten Cruises. I did read your blogposts -- I was at the Montegrappa event -- I wonder if you were --and interviewed Paulo. Actually at his press conference, I sat in the front row at the Villa where Hemingway wrote the first drafts of A Farewell To Arms.
