A Carricante, Erusione 1614, Feudo di Mezzo, Sicily "Prime New York Strip Loin with Fiscalini Cheddar Pearl Tapioca and Rutherford Red Wine Sauce," paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, Parador, Hossfeld Vineyard, Napa Valley.
