Well it looks like hip-hop star Ciara just added fashion model to her resume. This morning the singer was named the new face of Roberto Cavalli’s latest campaign. Chosen for her “youthful, proud elegance” and “beauty with a hint of wildness,” the celebrity mom poses for the Italian brand’s Fall/Winter 15-16 ads showing off her lanky features and killer cheekbones. (Seriously, has anyone else ever noticed her amazing bone structure?) She stands on an earthen background of jewel tones and sand dunes sporting the best of next season’s ready-to-wear.
Shot by Francesco Carrozzini on location at Milk Studios in Los Angeles, the campaign was designed to look like a “surreal kingdom where the walls look like a magical sky and surfaces enchant with desert volumes and earthy hues.” Styled by Robert Rabensteiner, the shoot consists of printed and embroidered silk pieces, unexpected oriental inspiration and just a touch of modern flair.
