The Cannes Film Festival is exactly that—an annual event that focus on celebrating the beauty and artistry of filmmaking. But when celebrities hit the red carpet, we almost forget about the movie premieres. Last night supermodels took over, turning the event into their own high-fashion runway—Karlie Kloss, Petra Nemcova, Izabel Goulart, Natasha Poly, Bella Hadid, Barbara Palvin, Adriana Lima and Lara Stone all attended the event. Nemcova wore a stunning metallic pewter gown with pleating detail, but took a big tumble when tripping over one of the folds. She laughed it off and joined her fellow models along the red carpet. Kloss wore a gold and silver metallic dress from Louis Vuitton paired with a bow in her hair which felt chic, but a little at odds with her outfit. It wasn’t our favorite look of the evening. That distinction was held for Palvin and Poly who were dressed in pink Philosophy and Prada dresses.
