Veuve Clicquot and Ferrari Announce Exciting Partnership

Veuve Clicquot Partners with Ferrari

The differences between Veuve Clicquot and Ferrari may seem more glaring than their similarities. One is French, the other Italian. One makes champagne, the other luxury sports cars. But the ties that bind them are not as obscure as you might think — both are known as the very pinnacle of their respective fields and stand as veritable icons of luxury lifestyle. Believe it or not, both share ties in motor racing: Ferrari's involvement is obvious, but few realize that the Duchess d'Uzès, successor and great-granddaughter of Madame Clicquot Ponsardin, was the first licensed racing driver in France. And of course you'll find both Ferraris and Veuve Clicquot champagne in abundance on the streets of Monte Carlo. Veuve Clicquot Partners with Ferrari
Monte Carlo is where the two luxury brands announced a new global partnership. Although the precise details of their relationship remain to be seen, the two already announced plans to collaborate on classic car events, racing spectacles, new model launches for Ferrari, and a variety of lifestyle events to follow. The design teams at Ferrari and Veuve also plan on “innovating extraordinary and celebratory new creations,” according to a joint statement issued at the Monaco Grand Prix just a couple of weeks ago.

“Veuve Clicquot is proud to become the event partner of Ferrari and is looking forward to share its excellence and ‘Art de Vivre’ throughout worldwide events,” said Jean-Marc Lacave, President of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin. His counterpart, Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo, added that “Ferrari chooses its partners exclusively among leading companies, and Veuve Clicquot is with certainty a brand of excellence in the special Champagne World.”

This is one collaboration we're looking forward to watching bear fruit.
