Quadrant, a Washington-based homebuilder, is entering the housing market with the launch of its new brand, Evoke. A contemporary luxury home design, Evoke is the first builder of its size to offer Seattle homebuyers in the Eastside area luxury homes that reflect their individual needs and wants.

"Northwest buyers told us they want their homes to be open, flexible and designed for modern living," said Ken Krivanec, president of Quadrant Homes. "Evoke pairs innovative contemporary designs and premium consulting services to help each buyer design their home to uniquely fit how they want to live today." Built with buyers in mind, Evoke conducted extensive market research that provided them with valuable insight in determining the preferences and tastes of local home buyers. The pre-construction interview process between builder and buyer is extensive, and afterwards buyers receive detailed design recommendations tailored to their lifestyle needs.

"Quadrant has always been a leader in providing homeowners with the opportunity to personalize their home to best fit their lifestyle," said Krivanec. "With Evoke, we've combined innovative contemporary designs with unsurpassed levels of service and customization not found anywhere else." Evoke Homes Promise Futuristic Living with High Tech F
Evoke homes will include smart technological options, such as iPad-controlled technology, whole-home audio systems, and electronic window shades. Additionally, the housing will be 33 percent more efficient than average new housing.

"Evoke is more than a home, it's about designing a way to live better, which is our brand promise," says Krivanec. "These homes help buyers live with purpose by offering distinct features and customizable floor plans, and by connecting them to their community." Evoke homes will be built in select communities in desirable Eastside neighborhoods, including Sammamish, Issaquah and Kirkland. Living space for the custom-built housing will range from 2,400 to 3,400 square feet, with the opening price range from the high $800,000's to $1.2 million.

The deluxe residential homebuilder will open model homes this summer in Issaquah. Evoke Homes Promise Futuristic Living with High Tech F
