The actress has listed the elegant oceanfront property for $8.75 million, nearly $4 million more than the $5 million she and her husband, real estate developer Jaron Varsano, paid for the residence in December 2020.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is now being marketed by luxury real estate advisor Benjamin Illulian.

Cody Ko’s Former Venice Compound Returns to the Market

A Los Angeles compound once owned by Canadian comedian and YouTuber Cody Ko has returned to the market with a $4.39 million asking price. The Venice property was previously owned by Ko, whose full name is Cody Michael Kolodziejzyk.

Built in 2005, the property includes both a main residence and a guest house that Ko converted into a studio where he recorded several podcasts. Ko and his wife, fellow content creator Kelsey Kreppel, sold the home in 2023 for $4.3 million after relocating to Malibu.

LAUSD Superintendent’s Real Estate Holdings Revealed

Los Angeles Unified School District Superintendent Alberto Carvalho is drawing attention not only for a federal corruption investigation but also for his sizable real estate holdings.

According to reporting from The California Post, Carvalho and his wife, Maria, own properties worth more than $6.3 million across California and Florida. Federal authorities recently executed raids at Carvalho’s office as well as residences in Los Angeles and Miami connected to the investigation.

Carvalho’s primary California residence is a three-bedroom home in San Pedro valued at roughly $1.6 million. He purchased the approximately 2,000-square-foot house in 2022 for $1.44 million from former California State Senator Laura Richardson. Miranda Lambert’s Texas Childhood Home Lists for $1.6M

Country music star Miranda Lambert’s childhood home in Lindale, Texas, has hit the market for just under $1.6 million.

The property spans nearly 25 acres and includes two residences. Lambert lived in the main residence, known as the “big house,” from age 14 until she was 21, when she signed her record deal.

The second residence on the property, referred to as the “pink house,” overlooks a pond and was purchased after Lambert’s career began to take off. According to listing agent Lee Trowbridge of Compass, the property served as the Lambert family home until about a year ago and was known for welcoming friends and people in need of temporary shelter.
