The Residences by Armani/Casa luxury condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida has just released the very first renderings of their penthouses and if the real deal looks anything like these, sign us up.

Expected to be complete in November 2019, the 308-unit property includes two penthouses: the north-facing penthouse is listed for $17 million, is 5,968 square feet and offers ocean views; while the south-facing penthouse is listed for $14 million, is 5,375 square feet and offers city views. Each penthouse is a duplex with five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, service quarters and an additional media room. They also boast rooftop terraces and outdoor lounge areas with private pools and wraparound terraces.

Not only do you get the penthouses with those prices, you also get Armani/Casa finishes, furniture and accessories to decorate them with, as well as two first class tickets to Milan to meet with the Armani/Casa design team to work on the interior design of your new home. There is even a possibility of meeting Mr. Armani himself, which pretty much guarantees you will never need to leave your home again for Instagram inspiration.

Aside from the penthouses up for grabs, The Residences by Armani/Casa have already generated $800 million in sales and is more than 80% sold. With architecture by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the building is a contemporary glass tower with floor-to-ceiling windows. Obviously, Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, under the artistic direction of Giorgio Armani, is behind the luxury project’s interior design, which utilizes rich textiles in a palette of soft, dramatic tones to create an “atmosphere of timeless sophistication throughout the lobby and common areas.” The homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the incomparable views covering miles of soft white sand and turquoise water, while outdoor terraces function to bring the outside in.
