Ferrari has introduced a special Tailor Made 12Cilindri, created as a showcase of the highest level of craftsmanship within its flagship personalization program. Designed exclusively for the South Korean market, this one-of-a-kind car blends traditional Korean inspiration with modern innovation, turning the vehicle into a true piece of road-going art.
The project was a global collaboration that spanned three continents. In Asia, four young South Korean artists — Dahye Jeong, Hyunhee Kim, GRAYCODE, jiiiiin, and TaeHyun Lee — contributed their creative vision, drawing from their country’s cultural heritage. In Europe, the Ferrari Styling Centre shaped the car’s design. In North America, the award-winning design publication COOL HUNTING helped guide the creative direction.
Over nearly two years, the teams worked together to combine Ferrari’s legendary engineering and design expertise with Korea’s vibrant artistic energy. The result is a truly unique Ferrari that reflects both tradition and contemporary culture.
The car immediately stands out thanks to its new “Yoonseul” paint finish, developed specifically for this project. Inspired by Korean celadon ceramics, known for their rich green tones, and the dynamic spirit of Seoul — from K-pop and electronic music to neon-lit cityscapes — the color shifts beautifully between green and violet with blue highlights. The effect resembles sunlight sparkling on the sea, which is what “Yoonseul” means in Korean.
