For those of you planning on visiting St. Tropez soon, you may want to check out Hotel Byblos, because they've just started offering access to their very own luxury yacht. Byblos' 65-foot Princess V62 yacht Algandra is now available to reserve through the hotel for day trips or overnight adventures, making it one amenity that will be pretty hard to top.
"Enjoy the wild beauty of the Golden Islands, a beautiful protected site, and the hidden gems of the French Riviera, from the Calanques of Cassis to the wonderful harbor of Monaco," urges the hotel. And we agree — if you're going to the Mediterranean, who wouldn't you want to spend your days on a yacht?
Able to accommodate up to 12 people and sleep six comfortably, Algandra will take you through the sea at a maximum speed of 34 knots and a gentle cruising speed of 27 knots. With two decks, one in front and one in back, the yacht features a hydraulic transom platform and comes with a variety of perks — meals will be provided, including lunch boxes prepared by the Byblos chef, a skipper will be on board and if requested, a hostess as well.
One of the nice things about this luxury yacht is that you don't actually have to be staying at Hotel Byblos to reserve it; it's open to all travelers and daily rates start at €3,500 (around $4,691). Considering the hotel's open season is from April 17 to October 26, you may want to jump in now and make your reservation.
