A revolutionary residential yacht community is redefining luxury living by transforming home into a journey, combining world-class wellness, unparalleled exploration, and an extraordinary global lifestyle at sea.
In the world of ultra-luxury living, exclusivity is no longer defined solely by square footage, location, or prestige. Today’s most discerning global citizens seek something far more valuable: freedom. Freedom to explore, to experience, and to live without limits. Enter ULYSSIA, a revolutionary residential yacht community poised to redefine luxury living for a new generation of world travelers.
Imagine waking up to the dramatic skyline of Rio de Janeiro, enjoying lunch while cruising through the Amazon, and ending the day beneath the ethereal glow of the Northern Lights. ULYSSIA transforms this dream into reality.
Scheduled to embark on its maiden voyage from Monaco in 2031, ULYSSIA is the world’s most exclusive residential community at sea. More than a yacht and far beyond a cruise ship, it represents an entirely new category of luxury living, one where home is not tied to a single destination, but continuous journeys across the globe.
Conceived by Swiss entrepreneur Frank Binder and designed by renowned naval architect Espen Øino, ULYSSIA offers residents the rare opportunity to own a private residence aboard a state-of-the-art vessel engineered for exploration, discovery, and unparalleled comfort.
“For ULYSSIA residents, home is not a place on a map, it is the entire world.”
A Masterpiece of Design
At an impressive 323 meters in length, ULYSSIA will feature 122 private residences and 22 guest suites, creating an intimate yet sophisticated community of like-minded adventurers.
Every aspect of life aboard has been thoughtfully curated to rival and surpass the world’s finest luxury resorts. Residents will enjoy seven distinct dining venues featuring globally inspired cuisine prepared by acclaimed chefs, a gourmet market offering freshly baked pastries and artisan foods, and elegant gathering spaces designed for socializing, relaxation, and entertainment.
For active lifestyles, ULYSSIA includes multiple swimming pools, tennis, padel, and pickleball courts, a 600-meter jogging track, and a world-class marina and yacht club complete with Triton submersibles and a fully equipped dive center. Cultural pursuits are equally celebrated with an extensive library, a two-level theater, and a signature wine cellar designed for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
Wellness and Medical Excellence at Sea
One of ULYSSIA’s most remarkable features is its commitment to health, longevity, and wellness.
In partnership with internationally recognized wellness pioneers Chenot, residents will have access to a comprehensive 1,900-square-meter wellness center dedicated to preventive health, rejuvenation, and optimal living.
The facility combines luxury spa experiences with advanced medical capabilities rarely found outside leading global health institutions. Residents will benefit from cutting-edge diagnostic technology including MRI and CT scanning equipment, ultrasound and endoscopy capabilities, as well as highly personalized wellness programs focused on longevity, anti-aging, and preventative care.
“Few addresses on Earth can offer both a private wellness retreat and advanced diagnostic medicine. ULYSSIA delivers both—while sailing the globe.”
For today’s affluent travelers, wellness is no longer a luxury, it is an essential component of a well-lived life. ULYSSIA brings world-class healthcare and wellness directly to residents, wherever they may be in the world.
What Makes ULYSSIA Unique?
While luxury residences, private yachts, and exclusive clubs have long existed, ULYSSIA occupies a category entirely of its own.
The vessel has been specifically engineered to access destinations unavailable to most large ships. Its dimensions allow it to transit the Panama Canal, navigate beneath Sydney Harbour Bridge, and explore the remote waterways of the Amazon Basin. This extraordinary flexibility opens doors to experiences that few travelers will ever encounter.
Additionally, ULYSSIA offers something increasingly rare in today’s world: community. Residents become part of a carefully curated international network of entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, philanthropists, and explorers who share a passion for discovery and meaningful experiences.
Unlike traditional luxury developments, where residents remain fixed in one location, ULYSSIA creates a constantly evolving backdrop for life, business, education, and adventure.
The Perfect Luxury Concept for Today’s Global Citizen
The ultra-high-net-worth consumer of today is fundamentally different from previous generations. They are increasingly mobile, globally connected, and experience driven.
Many own multiple homes across continents yet spend much of their time traveling between them. ULYSSIA eliminates the need to choose between destinations by bringing the comforts of home to every destination.
The concept aligns perfectly with emerging luxury trends: wellness, experiential travel, flexibility, and meaningful human connection. Families can educate children through immersive global experiences while maintaining access to homeschooling resources, educational programming, and visiting experts. Professionals can conduct business from virtually anywhere in the world. Retirees can continue exploring without sacrificing comfort, security, or healthcare.
“The future of luxury is no longer about where you live. It’s about how and where, you choose to experience life.”
Extraordinary Destinations
Residents will embark on carefully curated global itineraries spanning every corner of the planet.
From Monaco, Saint-Tropez, and the Mediterranean to Rio de Janeiro, Antarctica, the Arctic Circle, the South Pacific, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Amazon, ULYSSIA’s voyages will combine iconic destinations with remote regions rarely accessible to traditional travelers.
Working alongside expedition specialists EYOS, residents will have opportunities to participate in once-in-a-lifetime adventures, cultural immersions, and bespoke experiences designed around their personal interests.
“The world becomes not merely a destination, but home”.

A limited collection of 122 private residences is available aboard ULYSSIA, ranging from elegantly appointed one-bedroom residences to expansive penthouse estates offering extraordinary space, privacy, and panoramic ocean views.
