Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is celebrating its 40th anniversary year with Food Network star and renowned culinary anthropologist Chef Jet Tila. He is returning to Yaamava’ to elevate the flavors of Lunar New Year with Executive Chef Asian Cuisine Quyen Au.
Chef Jet’s vision of food is an art form and his passion is storytelling through the food he creates. This charismatic chef is the new floor reporter on Iron Chef America. He also starred in Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain, Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, Beat Bobby Flay, Guy’s Grocery Games, and appears on the Today Show. He hosts Ready Jet Cook.
bEATS dining + entertainment
Guests can experience Chef Jet Tila’s culinary delights inside Yaamava’ Resort & Spa dining and entertainment hotspot – bEATS.
This hybrid fast-casual venue is upstairs, showcasing live music and exciting nightlife energy in one space. Debuting in August 2025, follow the LP record pathway on the floor of the casino to this new destination to eat, drink and socialize.
Now through March 31, 2026, Jet Tila’s menu at bEATS includes The Viral Thai Dumpling Bake – Chicken dumplings baked in Thai coconut curry sauce with wok chop and sesame oil. There is also a Dynamite Salmon Bowl made with roasted crab meat, topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce. It’s served over rice, with edamame and cucumber slices.
The crispy Thai Sweet Heat Wings are tossed with Thai chili and sriracha, and a savory Korean dish with a Canadian twist is Chef Jet Tila’s Teriyaki Beef Poutine. Crispy fries are topped with Korean shaved bulgogi and white cheddar cheese curds.
Another fan favorite is his Korean BBQ short ribs marinated in soy sauce, sugar, Asian pear and sesame oil over short grain rice and red kimchi, offering a pop of color and a wisp of heat.
Hong Bao Kitchen
Downstairs, off the casino floor, is the Chinese-inspired Hong Bao Kitchen. Jet Tila’s specialities will be on the menu from February 17 through 24 in honor of Lunar New Year.
Highlights on the menu include Spicy Wagyu Dan Dan Noodles made with dazzling wheat noodles in a lip-smacking Szechuan wagyu sauce and perfectly cooked bok choy.
Another favorite is New Year’s Ultimate Fried Rice with Jasmine rice, fried egg, BBQ pork and shrimp stirred with a flavorful Chinese BBQ sauce.
Diners will also enjoy Chef Tila and Au’s crispy Tamarind Beef tossed in an appealing Thai tamarind sauce. The celebratory Lunar New Year dish Long Life Noodles goes well with all of the above. Diners can have a choice of protein stir-fried with classic Lunar New Year egg noodles.

The legendary Hong Kong supergroup Big Four performs on February 21, 2026, with an electrifying performance at Yaamava’ Theater.
On February 27, 2026, at the Yaamava’ Theater, fans can see and experience the iconic voice of legendary Korean ballad singer Byun Jin Sub. Hearing his timeless hits will make this an unforgettable evening.
Guests will experience Traditional Lunar New Year Lion Dancers as they perform throughout the property in colorful costumes to bring visitors good luck and prosperity in 2026. Performances are on February 13 at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
