Recently at the stunning Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, DREAME Next took over the space for four days to debut their most ambitious international event. Dreame Technology, a global high-end technology company, took over the landmark April 27 to 30, 2026, to debut some of their new products. Built around its core technology and spanning the fields of smart mobility, smart home appliances, personal devices, and premium personal care, its two electric concept vehicles were showcased at the main stage.

Walking into the cavernous space, guests immediately noticed the high-gloss bright red and vibrant green concept cars. Engineered for performance, the Nebula NEXT 01 JET Edition is DREAME’S latest concept to redefine electric vehicles. It’s touted as targeting 0–100 km/h sprint in just 0.9 seconds.

Among those in attendance was Sebastian Thrun, a Stanford University professor. “In all my life, I’ve never seen a product announcement as exciting as this,” said Thrun. The professor is widely regarded as the father of modern autonomous vehicles and the founder of Google X Lab, Udacity, and Kitty Hawk.

The origins of this project trace back more than a decade, to early autonomous driving research at Tsinghua University led by DREAME founder Yu Hao. What began as an academic exploration has matured into a fully realized vision that is a dream come true in physical form.

At the core of the NEXT 01 JET Edition is a dual solid-fuel rocket booster system, integrated into an electric platform. Delivering up to 100 kN of thrust and responding in just 150 milliseconds, the system transforms acceleration into the world of surreal driving. This propulsion is a fusion of aerospace thinking and automotive ambition.

The car’s performance narrative extends well beyond it’s spectacular force. DREAME pairs the lightning acceleration with a next-generation perception stack, headlined by the DHX1 LiDAR system. Developed under the Nebula Next program, it marks a decisive leap from conventional point-cloud sensing to what the company describes as image-level resolution.

These vehicles are designed to perceive the road, identifying everything from surface imperfections to the subtlest movements of pedestrians at distance.

Built on a third-generation VLA and World Model architecture, the platform handles complex urban navigation from parking point to parking point. The L3+ system is engineered for fully unmanned operation on a high-performance computing backbone.

Beneath it all, CTP 4.0 battery integration reimagines the chassis itself, eliminating structural redundancies to create a lower, more spacious, and inherently more performance-oriented platform.

DREAME NEXT 01 JET Edition is a declaration of capability producing high-speed digital motors capable of spinning to 200,000 RPM. Its broader technology portfolio now provides a new class of automotive performance. Intelligent algorithms and robotic systems, once applied to consumer products, recalibrate for motion, perception, and control at extraordinary speeds.

Founded in 2017, DREAME Technology has rapidly expanded into a global force, spanning smart devices, home systems, and now mobility. With operations in over 120 markets and a deep reservoir of intellectual property, the company’s pivot into automotive feels less like a departure and more like an inevitability.

DREAME operates in more than 120 countries and regions with over 6,500 offline stores and serves more than 42 million households globally. As of December 31, 2025, the company has filed more than 10,000 patents worldwide and holds over 3,000 granted patents.

The NEXT 01 JET Edition signals the future of performance may not belong solely to those refining tradition, but to those willing to rewrite it entirely.
