Right before the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards were held on September 14, 2026, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Secret Room Events recently held a lavish, star-studded gifting suite. Located on the rooftop of the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, many of television’s Emmy nominees and winners attended the lively party along with some influencers and media.

Those honored guests in attendance included Alison Tatlock nominated for Outstanding Drama Series in Pluribus. She has been nominated for Outstanding Drama Series five times, and those nominations are connected to two shows. This is her fifth Emmy nomination. Pluribus is an Apple TV series created by Vince Gilligan. The show won 6 Emmy awards during the 2026 award show.
Her other four nominations were for Better Call Saul in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023.
Hiro Koda was nominated for Stranger Things in Outstanding Stunt Coordination for Drama Programming. Koda is a highly experienced stunt coordinator and stunt performer who has worked on numerous major television and film productions. He has been a key member of the Stranger Things stunt team, helping design and coordinate the show’s elaborate action sequences.
Stranger Things finished the 2026 Emmys with 1 win from its 4 nominations. The show won Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Season or a Movie for the series’ fifth and final season. The winning team included Betsy Paterson, Michael Maher, Sean Ames, Craig Seitz, Tessa Roehl, Chloe Lipp, Brad Tobler, Martin Hill, Richard Thwaites, Bill Georgiou, and others.
Actress Lauren Weedman was nominated for Hacks. She plays Mayor Jo Pezzimenti, the eccentric mayor of Las Vegas. This was her first Primetime Emmy nomination, for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series, for her work on the show. Weedman’s career spans television, film and live theater. She has become especially recognizable for her sharp, often self-deprecating comedic style and for playing memorable supporting characters in comedy and drama series.
Hacks had 24 nominations and won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series — Jean Smart, for her role as Deborah Vance. This was her fifth consecutive Emmy win for Hacks.
Winners Sharon Bialy and Sherry Thomas were nominated for Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series along with Russell Scott and Marie A.K. McMaster and won for best casting director for Pluribus. This powerhouse casting-director team has helped shape the casts of some of television’s most acclaimed series. They have worked together through Bialy/Thomas & Associates for roughly 25 years.
They have been Emmy-recognized together numerous times. Their previous nominations include The Handmaid’s Tale, and Dead to Me. In 2022, they were nominated for Barry in the comedy casting category.
Monica Levinson was nominated for Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series as an executive producer of FX/Hulu’s Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette. She has had an a substantial career behind the camera. Her credits include some very recognizable films including Borat Subsequent Moviefilm as the producer. This film won the 2021 Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture for Musical or Comedy.
Another Emmy nominee was Mary Lou Belli nominated for The Ms. Pat Show. This Emmy-winning television director, producer, author, teacher and former actor has worked in television for more than 30 years. She has directed hundreds of episodes across comedy, drama, procedural and documentary programming.
She has been nominated for four Primetime Emmys, all for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series for The Ms. Pat Show. In 2022 — “Baby Daddy Groundhog Day”, 2023 “Don’t Touch My Hair”, 2024 “I’m the Pappy” and 2026 “Give It Arrest.
The Television Academy currently describes her as a two-time Emmy Award winner, including recognition for her documentary work at the Los Angeles Area Emmys.
