For one night only, one of South Florida’s most celebrated restaurants, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, will welcome guests for an exclusive dinner and tequila tasting experience in collaboration with Tequila Ocho.

Executive Chef James Friedberg will present a meticulously crafted 5-course menu where each dish is paired with a rare expression from award-winning Tequila Ocho's private collection—some of which are rarely available to the public. Each dish is designed to complement the unique qualities of the tequila, with inventive menu items including Madai Fish with Caviar paired with Plata “Magueryera” 2014 and Plata “Tierras Negras” 2024, Crispy Duck Breast with 2018 Extra Añejo “Las Presas”, and the signature Le Mont Blanc dessert topped off with Barrel Select Widow Jane Anejo. Tequila Ocho ambassador Daniel Franco will guide guests through the tasting, highlighting the distinct characteristics of each vintage from the Golden Triangle of Los Altos de Jalisco.

This intimate evening is set against the backdrop of L’Atelier’s signature counter seating facing the open kitchen, which brings guests into the creative process, offering a glimpse into the craftsmanship that has earned the restaurant its distinction as Florida’s first and only two-Michelin-star restaurant. Part of the internationally renowned hospitality group The Bastion Collection, the Miami Design District outpost continues the legacy of the late Joël Robuchon, known for his revolutionary approach to French gastronomy.

Under the leadership of Culinary Director Alain Verzeroli, every element—from ingredient sourcing to technique—is executed with precision, transforming even the simplest of dishes into extraordinary expressions of flavor for a dining experience that remains unparalleled in Florida’s culinary scene.
