You have probably already been to one of the many STK restaurant locations, like its famous Las Vegas spot, but you may not have known that the company behind STK are embarking on another new venture. The ONE Group Hospitality has extended the brand to form STK Rebel, the hip younger sister of the already beloved steakhouse. So far, only four locations are in place, and luckily for San Diegans, one of them just so happens to be in our very own Andaz hotel.

Planned for a 2016 opening, STK Rebel will span 4,200 square feet of indoor/outdoor space within the Gaslamp hotel and will offer two private dining areas. “With both brand’s sophisticated yet comfortable approaches, we believe STK Rebel will provide an engaging destination for our hotel guests and be a delectable addition to San Diego’s vibrant culinary scene,” says Jeffrey Miller, Andaz's General Manager. Though the Rebel model is similar to STK, the menu will be the biggest difference, with a price point that will target a much broader range of diners.
