STK Steakhouse is keeping the lights low and the cocktails flowing this January. For Angelenos opting out of abstinence in favor of indulgence, STK is offering a decadent “Wet January” menu.

From the moment guests step inside, STK’s signature atmosphere sets the tone. The Westwood location is sleek and moody, with low lighting, glowing accent fixtures, and a modern mix of dark woods, white leather seating, and metallic finishes. The dining room has a nightlife edge with a live DJ and large red bulls housed among diners, balanced by the refinement of white tablecloths and a full steakhouse menu.

On the food side, the Endless Holiday Cheers menu includes A5 Japanese wagyu potstickers with sweet soy and ginger; a King crab fondue layered with truffle and Point Reyes Toma cheese, tuna tartare with avocado and taro chips and baby gem Caesar salad appetizers.

Heartier courses include an oversized lobster tail paired with garlic chili butter, creamy mac and cheese, duck leg confit served with gnocchi and maple cranberry, sweet corn pudding, parmesan truffle fries,and A5 Japanese wagyu steak fried rice crowned with a fried egg and finished with spicy motoyaki sauce. They offer a wide variety of filet, ribeye, strip, porterhouse and tomahawk steaks, as well as Japanese and Australian Wagyu. Each dish is designed to feel celebratory, reinforcing the idea that January can be just as rich and satisfying as the holiday season that precedes it.
