The REMI offers multiple dining options including the pretty modern Kauboi Japanese Steakhouse, combining Japanese techniques with Southwestern influences. The indoor dining room is seamlessly connected to the romantic alfresco 10,000 square foot terrace with huge palm treas, private cabanas and a bar with a double-sided fireplace. The inside houses comfy tables and booths in a warm brown and red design with a combination of leather, wood and stone elements. Kauboi’s menu is as impressive as it’s ambiance, with standout starters including a tableside made smoking bluefin tuna tartlet, Wagyu steak tartare with black truffle, Hamachi with apples and yuzo, Miso cured salmon, oysters and bluefin tuna on crispy rice. There is also a nice sushi section with rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Small hot and cold plates include spicy cucumber, little gem and house salads, edamame, crispy pork belly, tempura shimp, Kauboi fried chicken, grilled ribs, chicken wings, A5 Wagyu hot stone with habanero ponzu and shishito peppers.

Larger plates include Faroe island salmon, a whole fried snapper, chicken with tamari ginger marinade, Chilean seabass, pork Katsu, and a large variety of grilled staeks with red yuzu kosho butter, chimichurri and house steak sauces. There is also a delicious assortment of charcoal fired vegetables including asparagus, crab elote, Japanese eggplant, mushrooms, smoked sweet potatotes and bbq carrots as well as a great Wagyu fried rice with short ribs, scallions, egg and a chili crunch. Desserts do not disappoint with a wonderful dark chocolate mousse for two with Japanese candies, shaved ice with house made syrups, Match tres leches cake, a grilled yuzu olive oil cake and chocolate chip cookies

The REMI also houses F/Sixteen American diner, a fantastic modern twist on the classic diner inspired by the spirit of the iconic F-16 fighter jet,on their ground floor. F/Sixteen has a huge long bar with neon accents perfect for breakfast fare and large comfy orange booths for gatherings with groups. The lunch and dinner menu serves up a variety of burgers; Nashville hot chicken, green chile chicken, roasted turkey club, Cubano ham and pork, and BBQ pork sandwiches; chicken Cobb, house and Caesar salads; steak frites, baked mac and cheese with pulled pork, baby back ribs and Southern fried chicken entrees and green chile queso dip, mozzerlla sticks, smothered fries and chicken tender starters.

Breakfasts are also worth a trip to the diner, with a variety of pancakes including a bananas foster and churro options, avocado toast, bbq pork and hash browns, a breakfast burrito, and a variety of tasty omelettes. They also offer great breakfast sandwiches as well as floats and milkshakes.

The long Lobby Bar transitions smoothly from morning espresso drinks to evening cocktails, making it a great meeting place for guests and locals. It also features backstage access to the adjacent Maya nightclub.

Perched above the city, Allegra is Scottsdale’s tallest rooftop pool and bar, with a beautiful Moroccan-inspired design, panoramic views, and day-to-night energy.
