Shop Valentino's Escape 2023 Capsule Collection at This Glamorous Amalfi Coast Hotel

Could there be a more luxurious setting to host Maison Valentino’s Escape 2023 capsule collection pop-up and stylish beach club takeover than this historic 12th-century Amalfi Coast villa? Set among flower-filled terraces and considered one of Italy’s crown-jeweled stays overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, Palazzo Avino occupies a fairytale pink-hued palazzo with mesmerizing coastal views in the quiet upper part of resort town Ravello.

Palazzo Avino Hosts Valentino Escape 2023

The resort’s chic boutique, The Pink Closet, has become the storefront for Valentino’s Escape 2023 couture line – a capsule collection that will have guests looking 'la Dolce Valentino' in no time. Bright patterns from the Valentino archives, including the famed Valentino Animalier, Loop, and Panther prints, have been reimagined into new flowing silhouettes: weightless caftans, breathable mini dresses, eye-catching swimwear, and in-vogue sandals. Available in-store through August, lucky hotel guests will also receive Valentino sunglasses and a keychain.

As more storied fashion houses work with lifestyle brands to help curate a cohesive brand story, for the hotel’s managing director and co-owner Mariella Avino partnering with Valentino was a no-brainer. “Growing up in an Italian family, when talking about fashion, Valentino was the brand, was the designer, and is linked to Italian history so deeply that I could not think of a better partner to align our hotel with,” she says.

Clubhouse by the Sea

The collaboration continues nearby in the small seaside town of Marmorata at Palazzo Avino’s cliffside beach club, Clubhouse by the Sea. And after all that retail therapy, where better to make a beeline than this beautifully bougie beach club where Valentino red beach umbrellas and striped deckchairs line the swimming pool and a summer kit customized by the Maison provides an enchanting place of relaxation par excellence.
