Casa Alba Casablanca, LXR Hotels & Resorts - Projected opening: 2026

LXR Hotels & Resorts will make its Morocco debut in Casablanca’s prestigious ‘Triangle d’Or’ within the upscale Metropolitan development. As the centerpiece of this vibrant mixed-use project, the hotel will feature 148 luxurious rooms and suites, a wellness spa, outdoor pool, and versatile meeting spaces. Guests will enjoy four signature dining venues, including rooftop standout Manko. Drawing inspiration from the historic Les Arènes de Casablanca, the hotel will blend cultural heritage with contemporary design.


Hotel Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel - projected opening: 2026

Reopening in 2026 following a grand transformation by designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, the property merges three historic palaces, including the 14th-century Palazzo Dandolo. The hotel will showcase restored Venetian Gothic architecture, antique furnishings, and lagoon views. Located on Riva degli Schiavoni near Piazza San Marco, guests will enjoy scenic boat arrivals and elegant suites overlooking Venice’s bay. The property will feature three restaurants and bars with panoramic views, plus seven event spaces.


Casa J.K. Place Roma - Projected opening: 2026

J.K. Place Roma will unveil a private club featuring 13 elegant apartments in a historic building on Via dei Prefetti, just five minutes from the hotel. Casa J.K. Place Roma will offer full butler and concierge service, and includes a restaurant, private lounge, and gym. Designed for both Club members and J.K. Place Rome guests, Casa J.K. blends exclusivity with refined hospitality in the heart of the Eternal City. Set within a 18th-century palazzo near Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain.

Vermelho Lagoa will be the second hotel from French fashion designer Christian Louboutin, following the success of Vermelho Melides. Just 10 minutes from its sister property in Portugal’s Setúbal region, this intimate 10-suite retreat overlooks the Melides lagoon and beach. Designed by architect Madalena Caiado with interiors by Olivia Putman, the hotel will focus on wellness, featuring a full spa, infinity pool, and exclusive guest-only restaurant. A thoughtful renovation of a former 32-room hotel, Vermelho Lagoa continues Louboutin’s vision of transforming Melides into a refined, design-led destination.

Le Relais d'Amboise - Projected opening: Summer 2026

Opening in summer 2026, Le Relais d’Amboise will be the only five-star hotel in Amboise, a picturesque town in France’s Loire Valley. The latest project from Marugal, known for boutique gems like Cap Rocat and Dunas de Formentera, transforms two historic property into a 63-room retreat. Highlights include a riverfront restaurant, the town’s only rooftop bar, and a spa set within atmospheric troglodyte caves. A restored stone farm building, Les Greniers de César, will host exhibitions and events, while wine tastings in the original barrel-lined cellars promise unforgettable experiences for oenophiles exploring this iconic wine region.
