InterContinental London Park Lane

Once the site of a royal residence, InterContinental London Park Lane is now the epitome of modern elegance. Located between Mayfair and Knightsbridge in view of Buckingham Palace, the hotel is not far from the Tower of London, Big Ben and Trafalgar Square. Also worth seeing is the Victoria and Albert Museum, Madame Tussauds and The National Portrait Gallery.

The 60 superbly appointed suites offer an elegant fusion of beautiful neo-classical and contemporary design. All suite guests can enjoy complimentary access to the Club InterContinental Lounge. The majority of suites have stunning views of The Royal Parks and the historic London skyline.

Guest rooms are designed to evoke a timeless residential feel with a distinct local flavour. Fabrics are part of a heritage collection, reflecting the colours used in stately homes. Furnishings are a modern interpretation of traditional English design.

Restaurants and Bars

Theo Randall at The InterContinental serves rustic fare in an upscale setting. The interactive Cookbook Cafe is open all day. Tea and chocolates star in the Lobby Lounge.

Chef Theo Randall calls his menu at Theo Randall at The InterContinental, "unfussy yet utterly delicious." The setting is stylish but relaxed, and you'll feel just as comfortable dropping in for a drink with friends as making reservations for a four-course dinner. The menu changes daily to highlight the season's best ingredients and includes special dishes such as Scottish Scallops with Lentils di Castelluccio and Fresh Devon Crab with Aioli, Bruschetta and Mixed Leaves.

Theo Randall at The InterContinental Bar has the same attitude as the adjoining restaurant: fun, relaxed and without pretense. The décor is as smart as the menu, and locals as well as hotel guests can be seen sipping drinks with friends and business associates. Among the bar's specialty cocktails are the Bellini, made with sumptuous white peaches and Prosecco; and the Rossini, a divine combination of pressed strawberries and Prosecco.
