Though the ArcLight expanded to La Jolla, the Hollywood location is still the one to beat. When people mention this theater, it's said with the same reverence as a beloved venue. Not only do you have a pretty high chance of standing in line behind Quentin Tarantino, visiting this theater promises the full movie experience. After you select the exact seat you want to sit in for the show, you can grab a meal at the in-house restaurant where the server will perform according to your movie time. If you only have 20 minutes to spare, your server will make sure you get to that screen in time (especially because they don't allow late seating).

In the no-cell phone environment, with plush seats and wide arm rests, the auditorium is designed to allow you the most out of the movie. They also skip commercials because they're an advertising-free theater and play fewer trailers, each choice making sure the flick starts as close to its advertised time. They also often put on special 21+ screenings in which alcohol is allowed, and frequently host Q&A's with the stars of your favorite movies.
