Yoga and Wellness

Join Acqualina Spa By ESPA and Mark Oliver, CEO of YOGiiZA, on a journey of self-exploration. Experience the mind-body benefits of Yoga by learning proper breathing, body mechanics and meditation. In this 2 hour Master Class Mark will demonstrate and discuss joint rotation, bone alignment, and breath control. Guests will learn to warm up the body by using proper posture and movement through a traditional Vinyasa Yoga sequence. Guests must bring a Yoga mat.
