Il Gabbiano

Following in the tradition of great New York restaurants opening locations in Miami, Il Gabiano is the sunshine state incarnation of Il Mulino. The views here are dotted with small islands and the skyline of the city within the well-lit, marble-accented dining room.

The menu features fresh Italian food, but prepared and presented in creative ways. Only the oblivious skip the pasta dishes here, which are made table-side while the attentive staff tries to distract you with several amuse bouches.
