Pierre Milano

A vibrant mixture of history and current events, in the centre of Milan reflects the spirit of the city. In the heart of one of the most exclusive districts, with its majestic architecture of the Cathedral and the cultural tradition of the Theatre on the Staircase, the antique shops and sophisticated restaurants, the hotel's location is of an unparalleled distinction. Luxurious and intimate, the Pierre Milan gives one an atmosphere of refined elegance the type appreciated by discerning travellers.

The building is structured in two parts, the part overlooking Via De Amicis was built at the end of the 18th century, when Milano was a little Venezia rich in rivers and canals. And, at the time, the present Via De Amicis was just one of the canals surrounding Milano. The backside, overlooking Via Caminadella, is more recent, having been built at the beginning of 1900. It was one of the small romantic hotels in the Nauigli district. In 1987, after a long, radical renovation the Hotel Milano was born; and became the smallest deluxe hotel in town. The hotel is centrally located, only a pleasant 10 minutes walk from Milan's enduring attractions. The majestic Duomo, La Scala Opera House, the elegant Galleria Vitto Rio Emanuele and Middle Ages Churches of Saint Ambrogio and Santa Maria Delle Grazie, which features Da Vinci's fresco The Last Supper.
