Brennan's Restaurant

Known since 1946 for their innovative dishes, Brennan's is a staple amongst French-Quarter foodies. The kitchen is known for several specialties at each meal, with Eggs Hussarde in the morning, Filet Stanley in the evening, and Bananas Foster for dessert.

Brennan's is located on the site of a former Absinthe factory, and they keep the timeline of libations alive and well with their extensive list of cocktails and a wine cellar with more than 35,000 bottles.
