The newly opened Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres is a sophisticated adult-only, all-inclusive resort from Ocean Signature Resorts. Built on the quieter northern side of Cancun, this luxury resort officially debuted in December 2025, just before the holidays.
Ocean Allure offers a more refined, design-forward vacation experience that appeals to travelers seeking elevated dining, thoughtful wellness, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s far enough away from the high-energy feel of Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

Design Vision
Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres is a modern coastal sanctuary, where architecture and interiors are surrounded by Caribbean landscapes. The design balances contemporary luxury with regional authenticity, creating a seamless storytelling experience.
The resort’s layout is defined by low-rise, white structures that blend harmoniously into the coastline, ensuring uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea. Two buildings feature guest rooms and suites, while the center of the resort is where the welcoming lobby, shops, specialty restaurants and bars, gym, fitness center, bowling alley, sports bar, virtual golf and convention center are located.

Lobby & Arrival Experience
It’s about a one hour drive from Cancun International Airport to the resort along the Caribbean Sea. The double-height lobby draws inspiration from traditional palapas and expansive windows flood the inviting space with natural light. These windows frame garden, pool, and ocean views.
Designed in collaboration with Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, the lobby merges art and architecture with functionality. There are two monumental female sculptures in the lobby that introduce guests to the region’s history, culture, and identity. Behind the main reception area is a large-scale oceanic blue mural depicting fishermen at sea, anchoring the space to the area’s maritime heritage.
Guests seeking the ultimate vacation will want to upgrade to Privilege. Check-in is located in the exclusive Privilege Lounge off the lobby. Guests receive a flute of sparkling wine while receiving their exclusive Privilege bracelet. This allows entry into your Privilege suite.

Soothing Interior Design
Throughout the resort, their interiors provide soft white and sand colors with beautiful blue tiles and exciting macrame art pieces that reference Caribbean life.
Guest suites have one king bed or two double beds plus a sofa bed. The spacious rooms continue the bright, ocean-inspired design elements, creating an atmosphere that is both calming and elevated.
Privilege suites offer private terraces or a swim-up pool on the ground level. Many offer indoor and outdoor hydro-therapy tubs.
Since this 5-star resort is designed exclusively for adults, it’s an ideal vacation destination for couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for a safe and quieter upscale ambiance.
Of the 599 guest rooms and suites, 40% are designed for Privilege guests. All rooms are ocean-inspired with modern décor, and many have patios, terraces, rain showers, and stocked minibars.
Privilege extras include butler service, a welcome bottle of sparkling wine, and an edible gift, rooftop lounge access, 24-hour room service, bathrobe and slippers, evening turndown service, premium drinks and dining opportunities.

Private Beach & Pools
Privileged guests are also welcome to enter a private beach section where the brilliant blue Caribbean Sea water touches the soft white sand. The lounge chairs are more comfortable, and a dedicated bar staff at the beach bar attends to guests’ needs.
There are also three exclusive Privilege pool areas at the resort. Two are located on the rooftop of each building and one is near the main pool.

International Theme Culinary Program
Exciting restaurant concepts range from the romantic French cuisine at Blue Moon with indoor and terrace seating to the nearby Steak House offering a premium à la carte steakhouse experience specializing in top- tier cuts and chops, sides and elevated desserts.
Mike’s in the lobby opens early to provide guests with locally flavored pastries and Dominican coffee drinks. For a larger breakfast, guests enjoy Los Corales Buffet, a colorful buffet of global flavors and show-cooking. Station-style offerings include a Bloody Mary bar, fresh juice bar, eggs made to order and other delights.

Asian delights at Sakura Teppanyaki is an elegant grill experience. This multi-sensory dinner is entertaining with a dedicated chef theatrically preparing each course. The menu also features a sushi bar and an al fresco terrace overlooking the resort.
